Calico - Pansy - Medium - Adult - Female - Cat
Pansy was born an outside cat to a feral or stray mother. She is a beautiful calico cat. When she was a little kitten living outside she would peek through the green grass and with all her bright colors, she looked like a little flower so thats why she was named Pansy. She was estimated to have been born in May, 2004 and lived as an outside cat until she was lured inside in 2006. She has been kept as an indoor cat in her foster home since that time. She is up to date on all of her shots and has been spayed. She is friendly and playful with someone she knows but is very shy around strangers and will hide if someone comes to the door. She can be picked up but does not like to be held for very long. She likes to be petted and combed. She is a very well behaved cat and never gets into trouble. She gets along well with other cats but it is unknown whether she would get along with dogs because there are no dogs in her foster home. Pansy has put on a little weight over the years and her current weight is 15.6 lbs. She has had dental problems in the past and has had some teeth removed. Pansy lives in her foster home in Cumberland, Maryland.
